We ship within Europe. The shipping is executed by UPS delivery service.

Delivery time is 2-5 business within the EU, and 5-15 business days outside the EU.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If you'd like to exchange or return the product, please contact us at biuro@muuv.pl, putting your order number in the email subject. We are sure, we will find something suitable for you in exchange. The exchange cost equals the cost of the delivery both ways. A customer can return purchased products within 14 days from receiving them.

After printing and filling in the form, attach the product you want to exchange / return and send it to the following address: MUUV. ul. Julianowska 61, Józefosław 05-500 ALTMASTER LOGISTICS (hangar 9) POLAND. We do not accept collect on delivery payment method.
COMPLAINTS
All of the products available in our on-line shop are brand new. Only the flaws that are regarded as the producer's fault will be taken into consideration.
In case you'd like to file a complaint, please contact us at reklamacje@muuv.pl. You will need to fill out THIS form, attach it to the product and send it to the adress: ul. Bagatela 10/29 00-585 Warszawa POLAND.
The cost of complaint delivery (economic shipping) is returned after the complaint is approved. We do not accept collect on delivery payment method.
